A Yoga Session With Us
Our yoga classes are an invitation to feel the body's movement in full consciousness, to explore where the body can go. Through a gentle, kind, and respectful practice, we observe and explore the body's limits. We harmonize body and mind through breath. We discover a true journey into the heart of oneself—a return to the essential. We learn to feel gratitude, to thank ourselves, to listen, and to honor ourselves.
Regardless of our age, our flexibility, or our practice. Here, there is no perfect posture... no search for performance or "success." We feel, without judgment. And we fully embody the present moment.

Times & Schedule
Our classes are scheduled weekly to allow you to organize your time and progress at a steady pace.
In-studio or online classes
- Monday: 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM

Available Plans
Whether you're just passing through or a regular practitioner, we have a plan suited to your commitment.
- Single Class
- 5-Class Pass (valid for 2 months)
- 10-Class Pass (valid for 4 months)

Booking & Cancellation
To ensure your spot and maintain the quality of our classes, booking is required. Something came up? You can cancel free of charge up to 24h before the session.
Good to know: Beyond this time, the session will be charged. This allows us to maintain a mindful welcome and available spots for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
